Agmatine Sulfate Explained
Agmatine is the decarboxylated form of the amino acid L-Arginine, meaning that it is essentially L-Arginine but with the carboxyl group removed. Agmatine is a bacterial byproduct and so is found in fermented foods such as wine, coffee, beer, sake, and fish, though not at levels high enough to be of any material benefit — making supplementation a good choice.
